When my RoboSapien RS Media first arrived, I admit I was quite excited. I could use a chill-out period before activating him. Well, let me tell you, just getting him out of the box was enough to teach you patience! I got him out though and in the end I only needed the screwdriver and a large pair of needle-nose pliers.

Ok, so I had more tools than I actually needed. And some toys ready for the new arrival!

Getting him out was hard but not all that bad, really. One needed patience, is all. Nyx was worth it. Here he is, "just born"!

Nyx requires 6 D cell batteries and 4 AA's for the robot, and 3 AA's for the remote. I took the time to catalog these and label them, so that I can better monitor the consumption. Only unfortunately, I forgot to time how long he was running on batteries when I first powered him up.

These guys didn't exactly hit it off the best (look in the Videos section for more on this). But it wasn't all bad. Here i-Que Unit 1 is telling Nyx all about the word "electronics". As if Nyx didn't know... LOL!
